worst place i’ve ever been to pay $200 and sit there for 3 hours just for them to tell you to drink warm water and then complain about a person who isn’t even the patient this is pitiful not to mention the actual service i asked for a covid test and the lady quite literally stuck it into the side of my nose won’t be back hope y’all like my complaints tho
Unfriendly staff....reception, nurse and Dr. Nobody said hi or even smiled. One word answers from nurse, receptionist was very condescending, and the PA evidently was running a race with somebody and had less than 5 minutes to spend with me.
Scheduling with the urgent care clinic was super easy, and they got me in to see a doctor almost as soon as I walked in. The nurse, Dalton, was so sweet and personable. The physician, a woman whose name I can’t remember, was kind, to-the-point, and very professional. I’ll definitely be using the Mercy Health urgent care clinic for any other after-hours appointments I need.
