I fell and injured my leg, knee and hip. I was able to walk right in to see the Dr. She immediately wanted X-rays, and I was able to have them right there in the office. Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable and concerned.
We always have a good experience and used Mercy Urgent Care for years. Everyone was friendly! There needs to be more check-in kiosk's because I’m a fan! My son wasn’t nervous and the doctor was very understanding. I like the new office building.
Everyone here was so nice! I was lucky enough to come in when no one was there so I was seen almost immediately. Got tested for some things for my sore throat and they seemed very caring and didn’t dismiss me or my symptoms!
worst place i’ve ever been to pay $200 and sit there for 3 hours just for them to tell you to drink warm water and then complain about a person who isn’t even the patient this is pitiful not to mention the actual service i asked for a covid test and the lady quite literally stuck it into the side of my nose won’t be back hope y’all like my complaints tho
Unfriendly staff....reception, nurse and Dr. Nobody said hi or even smiled. One word answers from nurse, receptionist was very condescending, and the PA evidently was running a race with somebody and had less than 5 minutes to spend with me.
