L. Roberts is one of the worst healthcare “providers” I’ve ever met. I’ve been going there for several years & have had no complaints. Until her. Until now. Met her a month ago - regular routine visit - now I guess she’s my provider. About a week after that, I fell & broke my shoulder. Was scheduled for total shoulder replacement a week & a half later. 2nd time going to pain management and I found the right one. Dr. Roberts really listened to my situation and was very easy to talk too. Was able to get what I needed for my pain. I believe this place was a God - send. Highly recommend. 🕊👍❤️
I have been going here for almost 4 years now. Sometimes I have to wait a little while but I have to say these are the nicest ladies. They are very kind and really do care. They even call and make sure I'm okay after my procedures. I highly recommend Mercy Health Pain Management.
