Mercy Health Pediatrics needs some new receptionists. I missed my sons appointment this morning (my first one I've missed, I overslept), and when I called to reschedule the woman who was helping me was very rude. I kept telling her my sons name and she kept asking for mine which they have NEVER done before, and got snippy when I didn't answer her right the first time. She then preceded to tell me it was considered a 'no show' because it was 15 minutes last our time (it was 19 minutes passed). I said 'alright', she said 'okay... read more

Too big of hurry to rush through tests, treatment etc .. then give you the bill before you even get discharged . Seems like they are a healthcare provider more concerned about the $$$ more than the patient.. a 7 month pregnant patient at that 😡
