We have waited for over 3 hours and still have yet to get any testing done. The system is not set up to run efficiently. The hospital should staff this area better, that way there is decent patient care and wait times. Disappointing
The staff for unprofessional, they have you waiting in there all day they don’t care if you’re dying you literally have to be brought in by an ambulance or walking in with your head chopped off for them to pay you any attention or even help you and they leave you in the waiting room all day and they have empty beds in the back
Please avoid this ER at all costs, if you can do so, go to Corewell instead. Had the unfortunate luck of having a loved one sent here and it was horrible. The doctors are very arrogant and condescending. Nurses make very rude remarks in front of patients about diagnoses, which is completely inappropriate. If you value your health, do not come to this ER.
