The care team was great however the unit needs new beds they are very uncomfortable and feel like concrete even the guest bed. About 3 years ago I stayed the beds were very comfortable not this time
Was horrible. They didn't listen to me when I told them my newborn son had a sensitive butt and needed Vaseline instead of the Desitin they kept giving him. He had dried Desitin stuck to his butt that was cracking, peeling and bleeding. My poor baby came home with us with a broke and bleeding butt that I had to wipe off carefully for a week with Vaseline. Also they refused to feed him how much he was demanding causing his blood sugar to drop and they kept him an extra few days. The only reason he got better was because me an... read more
They did an above and beyond job helping take care of our newborn. This place is amazing.
Our experience at the NICU was nothing short of incredible. From the moment our son was admitted, the staff showed unwavering compassion, professionalism, and dedication. Every nurse, doctor, and support team member went above and beyond to ensure he received the best care possible, while also providing comfort and guidance to us as parents. Thanks to the NICU team, our son is thriving, and we will always remember their care and support with immense gratitude.
