I saw Dr. Awad-Alexander and she was excellent and quick. I appreciated her help in my case because it all was a stressful experience. My only down side was the clear lack of bedside manner in the entire facility. They left a few messages with my personal information to the wrong phone number, and they spoke disrespectfully of me behind closed doors. I don’t know if they don’t realize the walls are thin or if they don’t care, either way entirely unprofessional. I would go back simply because of the skill of the surgeon.
