This is the best ER in the area! It was clean and the nurses and doctors were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. This started last week when I stopped in Saturday morning, first thing, to have xrays done for my rheumatologist. After wait an hour and 15 minutes, I asked if I were going to be seen soon and was told they are just so busy with the ER, there was no time to see me, so, I left. I came back this morning during the week right at 6 am for the same thing, and it's been 20 minutes so far for a wait time. The nurses, doctors & staff were so helpful, kind & most generous in all they did yesterday for my little Momma & my Dad too. They were fast, efficient & patient with my Mom. Though she is very sick & had to be transported this morning to Mercy Hospital in Boardman I know Austintown Medical Center did their absolute best for her & I’m not just thankful to them but my Heavenly Father who is watching over my parents. I brought my mother here, at her request, after she had a bicycle accident. Apparently she had received quality emergency care here in the past, and this was her first choice. After examining my mother and asking her questions, they did a number of scans on her to check not just what she thought were her injuries, but also for reasonable inferences based upon her retelling of the accident. Brought my husband today for an imaging appt. Signage said to check in at next available open window for radiology. Husband went up to the window and the registrar gave him dirty look and told him to sit that he would be called up. When called, she argued with him over having an appt. Stating there wasn't an order in the computer for him. She finally found it in another section. Then wanted to know if he had been fasting for this appt. It was an ultrasound not lab work.
