I don’t get all of the bad reviews. I never been to a hospital like this. Best hospital I ever been to. Fast, nice, friendly, knowledgeable. I have a fear of hospitals and they made my fear and anxiety go away immediately.

The worst thing about this place is the waiting and the slow responses on any communication. I had a family member come in with an emergency and it wasn't taken seriously so the treatment got put off. No one communicated to the loved one this, that they had in the waiting room for over an hour. We got there at 3:30 am and at 8am they told us there was a room available. We get told that a surgery needs to be done but no details on the when, the why, or any current status. We waited three more hours and then got told the proce... read more

Thank you to Dr.Tian she treated with respect they all did I came in with chest pain they took me right away the had the best bedside manners I will come here again I really appreciate everything Mercy Fitzgerald hospital did for me today 8/7/26. Just waiting to be discharged and I do feel much better I was only here for 3 hours I didn't mind my heart comes first so I wasn't rushing to leave but I am happy with this wonderful hospital.

I want to say thank you to the Staff and Providers at Mercy Fitzgerald. It is an old hospital yes, but that doesn't undermind the quality, attention and level of excellence my partner experienced. In any other ER he would have been let go but they took the time to thoroughly check him and he had an irregular condition that was severe and immediately took action and started his surgery same day.
