The front desk staff at the Eastwick office is very unprofessional. It's always a hassle to get help when you call the office. I message the provider I didn't hear anything for 24 hours, I called in to speak to the provider and was told they have up to 72 to answer an urgent message and after waiting 2 days I was told the provider is only there Mon-Wed. Extremely friendly staff. Easy access for wheelchairs. Knowledgeable and helpful security at door. Quick and easy check-in both upstairs and at entrance. Very convenient parking with close buses 37(less than five minute walk), close 68 and 36 trolley accessibility. Doctors are very patient and value your time. You're the priority. TIP: at last visit, the air-conditioning was out. Very uncomfortable during hot temperature day which is why the four Stars.
