Will not come back here again!! As of right now we're 3.5 hrs I could have taken this child to the ER for this wait
Wont ever go back. Went on 1/20/17 not feeling good with a cough. Dr spent a couple minutes and sent me home. Went back the next day 1/21/17 and different Dr.check for the flu and said I had the flu. Mercy charged Medicare $177.00 and they paid $76.53 leaving me to pay $100.47. On the 1/21/17 Mercy billed Medicare another $177.00 and this time I paid Mercy $82.53. I complained about being charged 2 times. They said they did nothing wrong and I needed to pay them which I did. I wonder how they got the name Mercy?
My son was there Thursday with a high fever and not being able to eat or take any kind of medication. Dr. Lindsey did a flu and strep test and said they came back negative but thought he had the flu and there was nothing that would help him. Examined both his ear and said they were fine. Two days later we had to go to the ER because he was BLEEDING out of his ear and he was diagnosed with a double ear infection, strep throat and a ruptured ear drum.
