They turned down when my colitis was acting up and they didn’t have any reason to decline me from help. I went to the ER after them and all the doctors were confused why they didn’t treat me. I’m disgusting with the two front desk ladies there Friday night. If you work in the medical field then do your job when someone needs help!!

I have been sitting here for an hour and they don't even have me in the system yet. please explain how it takes an hour to put in a handful of patients.?
My husband had a sore throat so he could not be examined in person. This is after everyone in the house had a negative covid test. So we were billed full amount for a tele visit yet the doctor can’t check his throat or his ears! Was told if he needs to be seen or anything done he will be sent somewhere else which is just more money. Also, he was there before they opened and had to wait over 2 hours before even speaking to a doctor. All the people who could be seen in person went before him, even though he arrived first.
Why you ask??? You people won’t give these clinics the medicine I need to get rid of this pneumonia. I need Invant . Dr Bali’s is my doctor.
Was one of the first people there in line and waited all most 3 hrs to see the doctor. Ended up walking out.
They do not assist the elderly in timely professional manner. Baptist Health and Urgent Care clinics are highly recommended over Mercy.
horrible. going on 2 1/2 hours waiting, staff doing nothing but laughing and discussing lunch the whole time. there were only 2 others when I got here. still waiting to see a doc.
I took my son in for a rash, gave my insurance card, wasn't asked for a co pay. Saw the doctor for a split second and was on my way. A week later I get a bill for $98. Mercy had billed my insurance for $121, so my part is now $98. I called and was told that if I just paid out of pocket it would have been about $88. So because I have private insurance that we pay a lot for, I get charged more??? That doesn't seem right. On top of that The posted hours say they are open until 8:30, but they were turning people away by 7:25 and... read more
The wait is ridiculous i don't think the actual mercy hospital has any idea on how poorly this place is ran. Been here for 3 hours wait! This is a horrible horrible place! Administration will be contacted in the a.m. pretty bad the clerk is taking personal calls and text while at work! While my child is coughing her head off and running fever! This mother is livid!!!!
