Don't waste your time here. I paid 171 dollars just to be seen ended up getting a refund after waiting an hour. Save your self some money ,time ,and sanity and just go to Four Rivers they had me in and out within 40 mins and I only paid 60 dollars (including the treatment ).
I've had good experience with Kayla Hobson & Caleb Jones. Caleb Jones caught my Jaw dislocation. And Kayla has helped me with allergic reactions, a subluxation, and chronic ear infections. I definitely recommend if needing to see someone at the walk in.
I had a very disappointing visit around 2:30pm yesterday Sunday 06/08. I got severe hematurie 3 times within 10 days. The nurse practitioner came in the room, he immediately told me that he couldn't help me becase he is not a urologist. I told him to collect the urine sample and asked him what I should do at the moment. He simply said he referred me to a urologist and they will call me. I brought a family member here. The staff was friendly and caring. The family member was seen quickly, all questions were answered, and all concerns were taking care of.
I had been suffering for a week and finally went in to Mercy Convenient Care. I was diagnosed with strep, treated with care, prescribed a shot and antibiotics. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I highly recommend going here.
