Very professional and kind
I like Mercy care overall but this location front desk was extremely inconsiderate. My appointment was 2:30 and I arrived at 2:39 to be seen for back injuries from a recent car crash, I was approached with “I’ll be with you in a second” to “last name?…. then “You’re late”. Not a single “how are you today, thank you, welcome in” no grace or manners!! I could FEEL how she LOOKED at me with no smile that she based everything off my skin tone and was ready to dismiss me!!!
