Was 9 minutes late due to an accident in first capital while I was on hold withth no one answered and they turned me away.half the time they make you wait in the lobby for 15 minutes but couldn’t see me because I was 10 minutes late and I wasn’t. They never answered the phone but when I went inside receptionist was doing nothing but my phone was still ringing. Receptionist then said she would get yelled at if she helped me as she has been yelled at before for doing so
I love coming here front desk super nice, I usually come to see Physician Assistant B Franklin , I love her she always listens, makes me feel comfortable, always answers any questions I have, same with the nurse she is super sweet, I definitely recommend coming here!
I have never met nor been treated by Dr Ball. Something sheisty went on with my Dr. that when he moved to this office he was out indefinitely. Last year in a matter of 6 months I had 2 laminectomy and a hip replacement. When I had a call from my pharmacy saying Dr.Ball took back my refills for my pain meds. I asked for a refill to get me through to a new Dr appointment. I was declined. Now again,I've never seen nor been treated by this Dr and without just cause I was left in pain.
