Cancelled primary care visit without notifying me. Unbelievable
I had a very frustrating experience with Mercy Health at the Mercy Clinic on Dorset Road location. For over a month, I have been trying to transfer my sleep study referral to SSM Health. Mercy representatives repeatedly told me the referral was sent and updated, but when I contacted more than 6 times with SSM Sleep Study, they could not find any referral in their system under my name or date of birth. Worst clinic experience ever when dealing with major life changing issues. No type urgency at all for their patients. Life changing things are happening due to their lack of empathy, compassion, urgency and understanding. They are not in favor of their patients. My experience was horrible especially when you are going through life changing events. Dealing with this clinic put me in a major life changing situation and it's been hard.
