NP Katie Lewis and the Mercy nurse call line were awesome! They determined my need for care, arranged testing, and got me to my doctor the same day. Dr. Caleb Owsley has my complete trust, and this was another exceptional experience with his office.
Staff polite, sense of humor and quick once I got in
Worst experience ever with doctor’s office with my family’s primary care. Doctor not available for in-person annual health check and claimed my insurance with wrong treatment code. Their staffs are so stubborn that they do not agree to their fault after multiple communication about the past visit. Paying a bill is not a problem if they had billed for right appointment. Not friendly staffs.
