Had our 16 y/o son here yesterday, and I wouldn't take our pet there after that visit. Sent him down to get labs, come back up and the doctor is gone. GONE! Yes they're in such a hurry to get out of there that the doctor leaves. So they call him and 15 minutes later he comes back, says I'm sorry it happens all the time.
