I completed my fellowship on orthopedic spine surgery at the William Beaumont Hospital. I am passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life with a focus on herniated disks of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, injuries, arthritis and other degenerative conditions of the spine. Procedures I routinely perform include cervical, thoracic and lumbar diskectomy, nerve decompressions of the spine and cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine fusions.

-5 stars! Absolutely the worst clinic for orthopedic care in northwest Arkansas. If you have to go to this clinic make sure to ask everything before your appointment otherwise you will be billed and not get follow up care. This place is totally disorganized and looking for money. I was called by Jessica Walker who apologized for my experience and basically said sorry not sorry you still have to pay us. Dr Griffey and his staff have been and still are absolutely amazing. He has fixed my right shoulder, left hand carpal tunnel, done several laparoscopic surgeries on my knees - before finally replacing both knees. He always takes the time to find out how things are, explains what things are and options. Just love him and the man and doctor he is! Love that he prays with me and family before surgery. Just overall amazing!
Dr Slavik actually listened and found a break two others missed. It's so good to have answers.
All front desk staff so nice and as well the nurses, except the nurse that took off my cast on my hand..i like Dr.Julie,she's kind,friendly and nice.
Front desk staff is excellent. Nursing staff and doctors are extremely carin and compassionate and listen.
I like the efficiency of all of their clinics. Dr. Mertz is the best and would recommend him to everyone.
I’ve always loved the doctors that work there. I went to them before they became a part of Mercy. My Orthopedics doctors are there and no place else.
