The front office was welcoming and helpful. NP Hecht and Michaela were awesome! I was comfortable, and they both spent time listening and took care of everything I was concerned about.
I loved seeing Dr. Hecht! After having a bad experience with a different Mercy Dr and office staff it was awesome to come to this location and it be so welcoming and the staff be so friendly! Dr Hecht is so personable and friendly I am so happy I found a doctor that listens and makes her patients feel seen!
