Probably the best experience I've had at a doctor's office. The staff was incredible, and Dr. Haverstick is awesome!
This was only my second appointment with Mercy Family Medicine Nixa. My first visit was with Dr. Skittle, who was great. This appointment was scheduled as a routine well-being exam with her nurse practitioner. Last Thursday or Friday, I messaged the clinic to give a heads-up that I would be coming in with a concussion and a Grade 2 AC joint separation, so the provider wouldn’t be walking in blind at 7:00 a.m. Monday morning. I’ve been seen by Dr. Kittle and her staff for about a year now and they are awesome. Easy to get an appointment, all the PAs/NPs are super sweet and helpful! Any messages on my portal always get answered quickly. All the older reviews must be for a different staff because everyone is phenomenal there now!
