I’ve been seen by Dr. Kittle and her staff for about a year now and they are awesome. Easy to get an appointment, all the PAs/NPs are super sweet and helpful! Any messages on my portal always get answered quickly. All the older reviews must be for a different staff because everyone is phenomenal there now!
I can honestly say, I enjoy going to the doctor. Staff is careing, staff and Doctor are easy to talk too, Doctor lays out several treatment options, tells me of positive and negative effects of treatment. Really happy with this facility.
I have always had spectacular service. They are the greatest!
This location says they offer a walk-in urgent care from 9-11am but if you show up after 10:45 they turn you away. Staff was very rude and and did not offer any help to find other services.
Horrible service, I will pay out of pocket to a provider out of network instead of using this clinic. Not shocking they have so many bad reviews
