I would love to rate the service however I can't seem to get anybody to answer the phone. I called several times and was placed on an automated hold and waited over 20 minutes before hanging up. I called several times with the same results, no matter what time I called at. I will update my rating if I am ever able to make an appointment.

I have been going to Mercy Clinic Eye Specialists for many years and I always receive 5 star service with a smile. Everyone is always very professional, helpful and friendly. Debbie at the front desk always finds the time to answer any questions that I have.
