Absolutely useless. A nurse informed me.the doctor is not the boss and I cannot speak with the doctor about my child's health care. And all they are gunna do is give my daughter the battery of tests of flu covid and strep. She hit her head while.playing. a concussion maybe even a seizure. I was speaking with a NURSE and was speaking was accused of yelling at this female. This hospital is a joke. And Absolutely way of taking money for not providing any health care whatsoever
Husband went to Mercy in Ada yesterday for an outpatient procedure. 0 stars if I could. Horribly planned and just odd. Told us to be there at 2:30pm, along with 10+ other people, and he didn’t go into the OR until after 7pm. A grey haired nurse asked him how he was, he said starving and thirsty after not being able to eat for almost 24 hours and no water. Nurse responded “oh sorry we’re fresh out of sympathy”. My Granddaughter was born there. The team of nurses took great care of my daughter and my new Granddaughter ❤ 💕. I think the Doctor just came in to sign all the necessary forms and documents required by the hospital. 😆
