They are Very Nasty and Ignorant and Therapist they don't know what are Doing or care they Returned your Call I was the Hospital the E.R trying call to Let Them know where I Am at so get Come down the Meeting they Never call I Left a Message from Desk but they never to see Am ok so the therapist Drop me from meeting So that,s why Never going Back to Mercy Behoviol Southside Pa

Never meant to go there I was lied upon held against my will about 6 nurses and a security guard by the name of Rock held me up against the wall with needles in their hands forcing me to take medicine I just wanted to the regular hospital to eat some meatloaf! I give them a 1 for review.

I didn't get better I got worse they don't focus on mental health in therapy or with psychiatry they were more worried about drug and alcohol. Talking about the same stuff and not being given any tools to progress or get better this is why I left my past therapist also from that place.

I have had a deeply concerning experience with this behavioral health facility. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, they have consistently ignored my phone calls and voicemails. When I sought a refill for a medication they prescribed, I found myself with no way to obtain it, leading to severe withdrawal symptoms and distressing suicidal thoughts.Although their hours indicate they are open until 7 PM, I called at 5:30 PM and was directed to an after-hours operator.
