My name is Lori Kincheloe-christian. I had a total knee replacement on April the 8th at Mercy hospital. I can't express how much I appreciate all the staff and everyone that I came in contact with associated with Mercy hospital in Ada. Everyone was so kind and comforting and encouraging. Thanks again for making my stay comfortable after my surgery.
I wish I could put 1/3 of a star but it won’t let me. This Was the most worst experience I’ve ever had at an ER. Whatever shift these guys are, I do not recommend coming in with these guys work.
Staff were professional, well trained and versed in the specialty area of nuclear medicine. Appointment and procedure went smooth with minimum discomfort. Very friendly and compassionate.
Amazing hospital! They saved my life. I had a 0.01 chance of walking out. And because they didnt give after flat linning 3 times and almost called it. But they saved me. They was amazed I walked out alive!
I want to express my profound sadness and disappointment with the care my mother received at your hospital. I firmly believe that if she had not been under your care, she would still be alive today. To some of the nurses who attended to my mother, I hope that you never find yourselves or your families in a similar situation.
