This company is by far has the meanest people working there . They laugh in your face if you tell them you lost your job and cannot afford to make a payment . They call themselves professionals ? I hope this office gets shut down. You are so ruddddeeeeeee. Oh and you're not allowed to rate their stupid business a 1 . It has to be a 3? Fake rating

They seem to have no understanding of the Washington Collection Agency Act and have taken me to court to try and collect illegal fees and interest on a medical charge. I had insurance at the time, but the clinic I was going to changed the anesthesiologist at the last minute to one out of network and surprised me with these charges. I certainly never agreed to fees or interest, let alone the charge to begin with.. clear violation of the act.

I was extremely unsatisfied with my most recent transaction with Merchants Credit Association. There first contact to me was in August of 2015 stating that they were trying to collect a debt left on my voicemail. I called them back stating that I would like clarification of what the debt was for and would be happy to set-up a payment plan (knowing that we had some medical bills go to collection) but had to leave a voicemail since my assigned agent was on vacation.
