Horrible customer service. Condescending and rude. Disrespectful and down right awful. The gal, Brittanie, looked me up on the internet, and started harassing my husband, whom is not on the collection account. Told me she saw that I am a successful realtor and my husband is also successful. I was blown away by the audacity and general assumption of my husband and my success. I am a stay at home mom. She knows nothing.

Somehow a debt from 10 years ago came up I was un aware of. Apparently last communication was 10 years ago. They wouldnt make a payment plan then. Have paid any bills I received , so I thought. They just sat on it for 10 years? I just received papers today for garnishment of more than twice what they say the bill was. They refused setting up a payment plan I'm only giving one star, because this site wont let you leave no stars...

I had two babies (my choice) back to back, I couldn't pay off my balance (portion after my ins. paid) quick enough and it went into collection. I continued to pay it off with Merchants Credit as agreed. After 9 months I paid off the $6k in FULL. They have yet to remove it from my credit report or even correctly report it. I called again today to have them remove it as I am trying to buy a house and it is still on there............ I have only talked to ONE nice lady there EVERYONE else has been rude from the moment they pick... read more

People fall behind on bills for all kinds of reasons. Does not make them bad people. But the people at this collection agency act as though you are the scum of the earth for having a bill reach collections. Rude unprofessional and annoying are the best descriptions I can give you of this company. They call day and night, niht and day and when I do answer they are never on the line. Just silence.

Yes, I'm in collections for a bill that was incurred due to illness. Yes, I guess that makes me a bad person, unworthy of basic human respect. At least, according to these people. I got a call from a woman who wanted to know why I had missed making a payment on my "pay plan" for this debt. I was about a week late. I explained to her that my last pay check had been less than expected, and that I would be making a payment sometime in the next week. The most rude people ever. Regardless of the fact that someone may owe money, no one should ever be spoken to in the manner that these people do. Despicable is what it is, but for the Grace of God, I pray that not one of them ever finds themselves on a bad situation.

This company is by far has the meanest people working there . They laugh in your face if you tell them you lost your job and cannot afford to make a payment . They call themselves professionals ? I hope this office gets shut down. You are so ruddddeeeeeee. Oh and you're not allowed to rate their stupid business a 1 . It has to be a 3? Fake rating
