There Security officer anymore have not seen one for months for years ago there was supposed to be a gym now they've shut the pull down all year
It was 5 stars when I first started living here. Not so much now. They just want your money and throw your complaints and maintenance requests aside. The office personnel are horrible. Don't live here unless you have no other choice.
I gave this complex 4 stars because the price is absolutely the best ever. I really don't care about anything else I come home and jump in the bed after a long day. Thats all that matters. Cheryl is a really kind manager and if you are a good person she goes the long mile for you. As long as my home is warm and cozy and the BS stays outside I'm cool.
No recommendation, senior citizen had their air condition or for 4 weeks now, they've had the part for 2 weeks, day they have other priorities to take care of first. They placed a window unit in that leaks in a20 gallon tub, tenant has to empty twice a day. Window unit only big enough to cool one bedroom, she lives in a3 bedroom apt.
Visited this property on 8/4/14 and almost decided to not even complete my visit. I arrived when I was told to arrive and had to wait 30 minutes for the woman, who was clearly inside the whole time, to change the sign and open the door. She was extremly rude asking...who are you. Worst apartment I have ever lived at, when I first moved there I was lied to and told my apartment was clean and ready to move in, and there were freshly painted walls. The walls were still dirty in some spots and still are like up on the ceiling. So obviously they only spot painted; they were still spider webs on the walls and actually cigarette ashes in one of the bathrooms all over the floor!
