I lived at Mercer Park for over 18 months and had a very negative experience. Serious security issues: drugs, thefts, and strangers wandering around with no control. Management does not respond, and when you report problems, they take retaliatory actions, even trying to charge unfair fees when you decide to leave. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for safety and fair management.
We come to deliver at Mercer Park apartments quite often. Easy to get to from 360 👍
All im going to say is i cant wait till my contract is over to leave this place.
Kudos to Miss Ashley and her team. My house had flooded, and I needed a place to live. And my biggest concern was my washer and dryer that i've had just purchased. Miss Ashley and her team were able to deliver. I was able to keep my washer and dryer. I have a Beautiful granite kitchen with a spacious living room, dining room area. I enjoy the flooring.
