Not to happy with this place had appointment to drop off. Took 2 in a half hours just to get a door then 3 and half hours to get unloaded. They didn't even call to tell me my trailer was unloaded. I waited and waited No call. Walked up to guard shack to ask and they said trailer was done a hour ago. Why No call I asked. They said morning shift never wrote my number down witch was a lie cause I was watched him put it on the paper in the shack.

Terrible customer service. Management was rude and acted like I was wasting their time. The rules seem to change every time you show up, so you never know whats “allowed” until they decide in the moment. Super frustrating experience, I wont be coming back
