I loved living here for 5 years. Rockie was an absolutely wonderful superintendent and Gerry and Jim were great and attentive owners. The roof deck was a gem, particularly during lockdown. I miss this place dearly!
My husband and I lived at Mercer Arms for 4 years and loved the apartment, building and management. The building has a shared laundry room, bike storage, elevator, rooftop deck and everything is meticulously maintained. The super, Rocky, lives onsite and is incredibly kind, positive and always helpful. No matter the issue, he'll come fix it right away. You will love living at Mercer Arms! We lived here for 7 years - first in a one bedroom and then in a two bedroom. The building is well maintained with awesome amenities (bike storage, laundry in basement and our favorite - a beautiful roof deck with gas grill). Basement storage units are available to rent for an additional fee. Rocky the super is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet and was always quick to respond if we had an issue (which were honestly very rare in all our years there).
