I have had the pleasure of working with Mercy through the years. She helped me find my first apartment rental when I graduated from college and moved to Jersey City. Eventually she was able to help me buy my first own apartment and most recently a 2nd apartment, which was bigger. Definitely recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mercy while in the process of finding a new apartment. My building had been acquired and I was served a notice to vacate on the grounds of intended occupancy by the buyer. On the heels of a very difficult situation, I found a unit that was listed by Mercy. She and her team showed me the place, afforded me the option of applying in person, and negotiated on my behalf with the landlord to secure the place for me. Mercy was great to work with! She was very responsive and was able to give me a tour on short notice. Approved and given the lease to sign within a day. Love the place I ended up with!
