I had my first service visit this week. Appointment was easy to make, the waiting area was comfortable, service was quick and reasonably priced (even with the coupon I found later on their website!). Provided a thorough explanation of what they did, as well a recommendation for something they found and provided recommended services according to the Mercedes schedule. MUCH better experience than working with the dealership. My husband also just purchased a Mercedes and I've already raved to him about Mercedes Specialists!
Awesome service. Quick diagnostics and repairs. Brought car here with a friend's recommendation after the first place took two months without finding the issue. Mercedes Specialists found the issue, repaired, and I was able to pick up my car in less than a week!
The Mercedes Specialist are the best! They're welcoming and knowledgeable. You get the EXACT same repairs and maintenance you would at one of the Mercedes Dealerships, but without the crowd, noise, and long wait.
