Waiting 4 hours just for inception and took extra 150 bucks for just extra 30 minutes and did nothing . Not appreciated wastage of money and time .

**Adding a second review ( July 2025 ) Thank you to Francois for the wonderful purchasing experience. He made the process so very nice and special, from start to finish. Nothing was too much for him, even measurements of the car ( to accommodate my dog's size ).
