Extremely not satisfied with the sales person as well as the sales Manager Lacey. When we were told our used vehicle would be repaired to our satisfaction and all three of us shook hands the day we picked it up we noticed the scratches in the paint on the roof. Now that we have taken delivery of the vehicle they say we are on our own as they had to spend more on the car than they originally thought. Showed up this morning (a Monday) to look at a few of the options they had on the lot (GLC/GLE). Spent about 25 minutes wandering around trying to see if anyone could come give some help and info. Got completly ignored. Not sure if we looked too young or too poor or if they were just swamped at 11am on a Monday, but it was a bit unfortunate. I've heard good things about the dealership so I didn't want to assume the worst, but a simple hello would have went a long way.
Used their EV charger. Not well laid out for DC fast charging unless your car has the charge port at passenger rear or driver front. Some cars park perpendicular to the space (Blocking another charging space) to fit because the wire is so short (and damaged when I was there). Thank you for offering one of the few chargers in town, but maybe when you replace the cord, add a meter of length? Regular charging spaces are perfectly fine.
