I sell cars at a dealership and had mutual Customer with Mercedes. All we needed is get her a second key, I called and prepaid for it. Next step is for her to go in and place an order as Mercedes only takes orders in person. They kept saying key was never paid for , she's been there several times for over 6 months to place the order and got run around.
