Not doubt they have nice cars but it was a terrible buying experience First the sales guy asks twice if we we going to buy the car or not(should have walked away at that point) then the finance guy spent 30 minutes trying to upsell us and he still managed to sneak in $25 extra a month I’m convinced the old way of selling and buying cars will be a slow death There’s nothing like the buying process and experience of Tesla, mark my words

The customer service was EXCELLENT!! They were friendly, took the time to explain my service, had an handwritten, thank you note inside the carand even walked me to my car!
Call the morning of service got a pump. Call back with an estimate for a brake fluid flush and had the appointment that afternoon arrived early appointment went well. Good experience.
