I went to Fletcher Jones Motorcars in Newport Beach this last weekend and was helped by Joey Gulo and his brother Chris. They helped me find the perfect C300, black with red leather and the sports package! I was very impressed with their huge inventory, competitive pricing, and great customer service!
I wouldn't bring a volkswagen in this place nuts manager wouldn't even pick up his name is Scott Ribel? (sp?) should be fired! Newport Beach he should be on call! Saw the SUV with much more expensive wheels, signed the form to purchase and placed the deposit. Then the wheels were taken off by the dealership and switched to less expensive wheels. Other promises made and not held-up by Mercedes of Akron. Purchase took over 5 hours and they failed to provide information on the warranties. Tried to follow-up only to find out the salesperson is no longer there and his manager takes over a day to return a call. Had to call MBUSA to get a call back from the sales manager. WILL NOT BE BACK!
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE... I am a business man with not much time. My car (S550) was brought to this dealership (as we usually do) for service. Like most people, I did not empty my personal belongings from the car, included in those a Cartier sun glasses gifted by my wife on my birthday. Dennis Fredericks as a Sales Manager is an unethical liar who within any regulated industry would have been reprimanded and fired long ago. Have voice recording of a Sales Person (David Griffin) saying one thing and the Manager - Dennis Fredericks another. Upper management have no concerns with complaints and will not act upon them or even entertain them. I went looking for a slightly used Certified Pre Owned car and ended up buying a brand new Mercedes E350. The sales staff was very understanding and helpful and the whole buying process was very pleasant. I usually don't like the process of haggling back and forth for the price. I would recomment this dealer and the sales staff to anyone.
July 4, 2014 I traded in my 2008 nissan 350z, and purchased an 2012 nissan 370z. I initially found the car searching the autonation site which led me to GreenWay Mercedes. Very disappointed in the quality of the workmanship. I've brought my c250 to this dealer for 2 issues and both issues required me to come back for the same set of issues. Time is very valuable to me and my experience with Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills service department has been a waste of my time. Their prices are higher than other dealers as well.
