John was awesome to work with in sales. They also have the lowest prices in the Bay Area, at least for my purchase.
Online listing has different specs than when you actually get there. They also weren't willing to budge on prices at all, even after I found multiple problems. Otherwise the staff was friendly.

Danny knew what I was looking for and when I got to the dealership i had a 11:00am appointment 11:02 we were shaking hands he had all the paper work ready all I had to do was sign and ride. The car was clean and looking great I'm very happy.

The sales person Never got back to me when I requested to have inspection to be done by the Tesla dealer. Terrible customer service.

Worst experience I ever had with Caleb giving an awful trade value for my 2023 Tesla Model 3 with super low mileage. Then tried to sell me an extended warranty for $5000 and Perma Plate for $1500! This on a Tesla that was wrapped in matte red when the car is originally red which tells me that the paint is probably in poor condition. Also rear carbon fiber spoiler was peeling. This after telling him I was a former experienced salesman from another auto dealership. Train your staff better when handling older and wiser clients.
