They wouldn't deal with us on a SLK, so we bought a BMW. When I took my Tahoe in for service they "found" a broken dip stick holder that they said was a factory defect. I think they broke it and charged me $110 to fix it.

Had car in for service for 2 weeks then told us they couldn’t fix and we would have to call Germany. First time brought in brakes squelched and they said that was common, on a Mercedes, seriously? Not excited about the Mercedes since purchased but definitely not the experience at Allen Samuels. Did get fixed after I drove up a spoke to GM, got fixed the next day
We bought our new (to us) M/B and the sale was handled by Howard Cohen. His services were exceptional in all ways, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The car was as promised and delivered shiny, clean and fully serviced. We have already referred one friend to Howard and have asked Howard to watch for a 2nd car for us.
After hitting a HORRIBLE hole on the interstate at 85mph driving from Wilmington, NC to Waco, my 2008 GL320 diesel apparently broke a wheel sensor causing some serious driving issues (plus no cruise control). We weren't about to make the 1500 mile trek back to NC without getting it fixed. I contacted David Hurst in the service department who was able to order a new sensor AND provided us with a loaner car for 3 days until ours was fixed. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Howard Cohen made all the difference. A few days after the sale I had a slight issue with the windshield wipers. Howard had me in to have the service performed the same day, within an hour I was good to go! �
