Some of the worst service I have ever been subject to, by far. Typically never post anything negative, but if I can help just one other person to avoid the headache associated with MB of waco it will be worth it. I am a customer and have been trying for 10 weeks to get a credit back that I am due. After having left 8 voicemails and 10+ emails to the general manager as well as the finance manager, I get no response.
