I took my Mercedes in yesterday to have a diagnostics run on it-from the moment I called in the morning to schedule, their customer service went above and beyond. They took the time to explain to me what was going on with the vehicle in detail and in a way I can understand (lets be honest, cars aren't exactly my forte!), and as my husband was out of state for work they even chatted with him on the phone to make sure he knew exactly what was going on as well.
