They didn’t disclose a damaged bumper until after I purchased the car and it’s been over 4 months and they still haven’t fixed it. Lack of customer service and communication. They’ve lied to me on several occasions and I would not recommend this dealership at all.
Purchasing a used truck from Mercedes Benz Thousand Oaks was easy and effortless when i worked with Chris. He was friendly, helpful, understanding, and overall professional. What i liked most was he knew what i wanted and my budget and did'nt play any games. They don’t listen very well. There are much better sprinter organizations than Thousand Oaks.
