UNPROFESSIONAL. Whoever handles their instant messaging doesn't understand the service business, lacks experience, and is off site. Mason said about $235.00 (+ tax) for an oil change and an hour or two. Then when questioned, he says $235 or less. And they think I'm going to trust this nonsense? Mason, no last name (with a dog photo) abruptly ended the chat when I questioned the 1-2 hours. As for Mason and his juvenile impulses, he should see a doctor. It's treatable.
