Had a great experience here trading in a car. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Got my car traded in quickly, dealership was clean and welcoming. Nico helped us on our deal and he was great!! I would highly recommend him when looking for a car!
UPDATE: Mercedes Benz Blew up my Gwagon engine Recap: August 11 car is dropped at Mercedes benz Thousand Oaks with low coolant light. Prior to drop off I tried putting coolant in the car (that I purchased from MBTO) because their team said to try that first before bringing my car in. Followed their directions. Car picked up 15th and returned due to smoke coming from front right wheel well.
