I came in here about a month ago with an overheating vehicle for an inspection. They told me it had a failed head gasket and also needed a new cylinder head. Luckily I had bought a warranty with the vehicle and am now planning to use it…. Except they won’t reply back to me or answer/return my calls ever since they told me they would be “looking into the warranty” which was almost a month ago now. Vlad helped us pick out the perfect Sprinter van with everything we needed on it. They were even able to help out with adding extra aftermarket accessories!
