Vlad helped us pick out the perfect Sprinter van with everything we needed on it. They were even able to help out with adding extra aftermarket accessories! They went above and beyond what we expected and we were very pleased with our experience here. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
You expect better service from a service center at Mercedes. We wanted something taken care of for our Sprinter but honestly, we just brought it to a different Mercedes service center instead because the Tacoma Mercedes service center is just not right for us.
I had a horrible experience with the current team Eric, Luke, and Alex. I brought my car to Mercedes Benz of Tacoma for a transmission fill and diagnosis. The car was able to steer and start when it left the tow truck but after bringing it there and them Diagnosing it the steering lock unit failed while in there possession they gave it back with the car not being able to start and steering wheel locked stuck. They never answer the phone. also not very helpful when you arrive at service department, no greeting and make you stand there for few minutes. terrible services all the way around
