TL;DR: Salesperson Ben was rude, condescending, and pushy from start to finish. The test drive was unpleasant, my wife was almost jolted by his driving, and he stormed off without basic courtesy. Instead of feeling excited about a GLS, we left frustrated. I would not recommend this dealership. I came in here about a month ago with an overheating vehicle for an inspection. They told me it had a failed head gasket and also needed a new cylinder head. Luckily I had bought a warranty with the vehicle and am now planning to use it…. Except they won’t reply back to me or answer/return my calls ever since they told me they would be “looking into the warranty” which was almost a month ago now.
