Jenna is the most honest service advisor I’ve ever met. She gave me a full breakdown of my vehicles service history unlike Mercedes of Seattle and she made me realize how well kept my Mercedes was, like I thought. A little over the top, but very accommodating actually. My Sprinter was ready on time. Very comfortable waiting area with free snacks and coffee. They have a $248k "jeep" in the showroom. OMG.
I walked in and sat down. Nobody came to me to ask me what I need or what they can help me with and sat down for like 30+ minutes nobody speaking to me everybody just kept walking past me. It would look at me. I bought two eyeballs, and they’re still pass. I don’t know if because I’m a person of color and they said that I cannot buy a car here.
