Absolutely wonderful experience! Traveling with 4 dogs and 2 cats driving across country in a sprinter van. The mechanic made a special trip on a Saturday to accommodate us. They were solely worried about safety of vehicle and went above and beyond. Thanks immensely. Million thanks to Steve and the sprinter mechanic. True professionalism and dedication!

My husband and I were on our way from Canada to our home in Austin Texas this past Tuesday. We broke down in our 2001 Mercedes Benz S430 30 minutes south of Sioux Falls, SD, on I29. It was 4pm. Mercedes Roadside assistance towed us to Mercedes Benz of Sioux Falls. Tina Sorgdrager received us kindly and assured us that the technicians would take a look at our car first thing in the morning.
