I regularly rave about the service I receive at MB of Silver Spring and nothing has changed here. What I did experience today brought my loyalty a few notches higher. I’m convinced that MB trains their staff to be equally loyal to their customers. I have a great service rep. in Mike Dowling. He walked me through everything just like he probably would do with his sister. I’ve been a big fan of this dealership and now I’m a bigger one!
