I bought my 7 th E class since 1996 from this dealership and the sales process was by far the most pleasant mercedes purchase I've experienced. My salesman Brian B is a bona fide sales professional with 16 years at this dealership. He did a great job, being honest and fair. He even helped me get additional discounts. Took my car in for almost an impossible task and the experience that I received was positive.
I was treated professionally and with respect as a customer. I have had Mr. Marrs as my service advisor for a few years now and he is always great. He is just an honest and decent person. He is truly an asset to the dealership. He is the reason I came in to do the B service, I knew he would tell me the truth. The technician that performed the service seems to have also done a great job. My car sounds as quiet as it always has and I am very satisfied with coming to your dealership. Blessings
