Everyone was great (Tony, Percy and Lovence) had a terrific experience. Also scored a nice discount too with the car service.
I would like to thank Tonny and Tom the service manager for their help in resolving the issue with my car. I am a disabled veteran and on a fixed income so it’s very important that are diagnosed accurately and repaired quickly. Both of these gentlemen were attentive and understanding to my issues. If I could give them a -5 stars I would. I only came for maintenance to replace 2 tires. My appointment was at 9:45am and I arrived at 9:40am. I was told to go in and check in at the desk. I get to the desk and the man at the desk basically shrugged me off and told me to wait in the waiting room because there were people before me waiting. I go around to the waiting room and it’s like 5-6 other people in the waiting room.
