​I purchased 2007 Lexus LS460L from this dealerthen i had the vehicle inspected and discovered that the vehicle had extensive frame damage. Moreover, we have verified through an "AUTOCHECK" that the vehicle has reported frame damage and has been in at least one motor vehicle accident

My husband and I bought two cars in April and we highly recommend our sales associate Jeff Glavin. He's super knowledgeable and brought us up to speed on the latest Mercedes car technology, as well as filled us in on the differences between car models/years. We shopped many other dealerships, and the difference between Jeff and the other sales associates was night and day. We are thrilled with our cars and would purchase from these guys again.

Best Mercedes dealer! I know some people can be intimidated when buying a car. They fear poor service and a rude sales person. That??s not what I found at Portland Mercedes! Their staff was totally professional and the sales person spent time trying to get to know me and my underlying needs to help me find the right car. In the end I chose the best car and I am glad I went to Portland Mercedes!!

Unauthorized Repair's/tear down. – Took my car in for transmission problem, authorized an hour for them to look at it, I got a call 2days later saying that the took the transmission apart and it would be $1700 to fix I told them I didn't have the money right now and I'd come pick it up, they said it would be almost $500 to get it back into the condition it came in, Drivable. I reminded them that I only authorized an hour to look at it not to take anything apart, there should have been another phone call made to authorize the... read more

unhappy with Wilsonville Dealership I brought my car in for a regular service. Paid them to have a belt tensioner replaced. On my way home, I noticed that my A/C no nonger worked and my car was over heating. I called the dealership the next day. The service advisor argued with me over the phone and told me that there is no way they could have caused that problem. I finally brought the car back a few weeks later since I live 2 hours away. I told the service advisor not to work on the car and to only diagnose the problems. He ... read more

Nice folks – Nice people here, and everyone really seems to know what they're doing. I would only ever go to the dealership for work on my Mercedes---factory parts and trained mechanics really make a difference when it comes to these cars... Everyone I met here was very friendly and helpful.

Good service and skilled technicians My ML350 goes here for its annual service. When you drive in it feels more like valet parking of a hotel rather then a car shop. What I really like is that they don't try to sell you unnecessary stuff. Their technicians are top notch. They demonstrated their skills lately by tracking down a weird electrical problem and fixed it permanently. As expected for Mercedes-Benz, prices are on the high side. I can recommend that place if you are in service needs for your Mercedes-Benz.
