Always a great experience at Mercedes- Benz Maitland. We have a wonderful sales rep, Frank Whitten, who also provided us with assistance to learn how to use all the gadgets in our new SLC. Frank's customer service is the reason we have purchased a few cars from Mercedes over the years. Shout out to a great service rep., Mike Hertz who has been very helpful over the years.
