RecommendedEasy to deal with. No high pressure. Fair Price for my used SL550. Robert Owen was great salesperson. Like the 4,000 mile warranty on used. Wish the odometer was updated to delivery mileage so 5 day 250 miles return was accurate. Wish the free 90 day XM was subscription was turned on.
The service advisor was great, the car done very fast more than I was expected, he ordered the parts needed in the same day

Mike my service guy has done a great job explaining to me the issues and stay on top of them. he made sure the loaner was ready for me and when I got my car back it was ready and washed for me. great waiting area and everyone says hi when walking by you!!! spectacular customer service. if you have an issue and want to schedule a service appt ask for Mike Sudek.
My salesman Mike was awesome, very helpful and got everything done very quickly. They even found extra stuff and fixed all at one time! Very easy and friendly place to go!
Excellent efficiency with getting you in and on your way . Even when they had a ton of cars to service . Drake was very hands on in determining issue and knowledgeable about how to approach them .Also, very thorough with handling all things with the vehicle. Communication was the best . Not many businesses have this ability these days . Truly a pleasure to have great service again from a business.
Drake Grable helped me through some serious repairs needed on our Mercedes. He explained everything that was needed. He was always available to answer any questions I had. The repairs were completed when promised. I highly recommend this dealership and service department!
