Lost Customer This was one of the worst car buying experiences of my life. Last Thursday I visited this dealership and was greeted by a salesman that claimed he had been there selling Mercedes for 16 years. I have never heard a salesman bad mouth his competition the way this gentleman did. It was very unprofessional. Apparently BMW, Audi, Lexus, and Cadillac are not worthy competitors. He claimed they buy their parts from Mercedes and that Mercedes keeps the good parts for itself and sells them inferior parts. Really. You sh... read more
Good car...Bad dearler. Buy in Ann Arbor I regret even visiting this dealership to buy my Benz. The sales folks had a haughty attitude, lied about features not being existent just to sell cars on their lot, and insulted my intelligence for picking a car model. No thanks. I will buy elsewhere.
Mercedes Benz Of Novi is a lier Junk dealer, used car manager is a snake. Sells junk. Told me 1 car owner, what a joke car was a 2 car owner and a repo. WARNING don't buy from this dealer. Thanks Mike.
Best Mercedes Benz dealership in Michigan i had a wonderful experience at this dealership thanks to Kimberly Olson. I had visited this dealership before some years ago and wasn't too impressed with any of the salespeople. I decided to give them another shot. I am glad I did! I had the most wonderful salesperson Kimberly Olson. She was truly a pleasure to work with. NOT pushy or rude which is what I had been used to from other sales people. Mercedes Benz of Novi will be my only dealership from now on.

BEWARE of this Miserable Dealership ! ! ! ......................... The most incompetent auto service department I have ever dealt with. In the winter we took our Mercedes S to them in order fix an electrical problem that was preventing it from starting in cold weather. They kept the car for a week and reported they could not find any problem. At that point, I had to ask them to check the on board computer to see if it showed any diagnosis codes.
