Dishonest advertising. I found a car online at Mercedes Northlake with a lease deal I was interested in. When I got there they said that wasn’t the car with the lease deal. I showed them the ad and the lot numbers matched but they made it seem like it was a mistake. They still have not changed the ad and did not honor the price. We were there too long as well. Slimy practices and typical, dishonest bait and switch. I will never step foot in that place again.

My experience with Mercedes Benz of Northlake was outstanding. Shaun was professional and knowledgeable and very helpful. The trade process was fair, straightforward and low pressure. They answered all my questions without hesitation and made the entire process easy and beneficial to all involved. I will do business with Mercedes Benz of Northlake again because of the quality of their employees!
Had my B annual service done this week, plus a couple of additional service recommendations based on the age of my vehicle, a 2009 E350 4 matic. My Service Advisor, Taylor Martino did an excellent job and I was extremely satisfied! Thank you for your expertise and professionalism, look forward to future service appointments!

Keith and I wanted to acknowledge and Thank Mike Masotti for the diligent work he did selling me my last 3 cars.. He made a stressful time less stressful and has a great personality. Also Rachel and her calm demeanor. You can tell she knows her stuff and have the patience for teaching and we again thank her because we are newbies to the Mercedes family. I worked with Mike Masotti, he was great. I called had a few used cars I wanted to see. I met him and based on what I told him he showed me an awesome car they just took in. It was way nicer than any of the cars I asked about and right in my price range. Mike and the rest of the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Northlake were are great to work with. So happy with my new (to me) E 350.
